I’m Tiffany Pack—although most people call me T-Pack. I own Dream Key Real Estate, a locally established brokerage I founded in Athens, Alabama, in January 2014.
I earned my Alabama real estate license in 2010 after working in cosmetology, jewelry sales, and real estate office management. It was not a straight career path, but every role taught me how to listen closely, understand people, communicate clearly, and get the details right.
Today, I work with buyers, sellers, builders, military families, and relocation clients throughout Athens, Limestone County, Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and surrounding North Alabama communities.
My job is not to make every transaction sound easy. My job is to help you understand the market, the contract, the risks, the opportunities, and the next decision before you make it.

New Construction and Custom Homes
I handle sales, marketing, and design for Winter Homes, a full custom home builder serving North Alabama. That experience gives my clients practical guidance on lots, floor plans, finishes, allowances, upgrade decisions, resale considerations, and where their budget is most likely to create long-term value.

Military and Corporate Relocation
Redstone Arsenal and the regional defense economy shape much of the Huntsville-area housing market. I help relocating clients coordinate compressed timelines, remote property searches, community selection, financing, inspections, negotiations, and the realities of moving into or out of North Alabama.

Pricing Strategy and Seller Positioning
Before a property reaches the market, I analyze active competition, recent sales, price per square foot, location, condition, buyer behavior, and likely objections. The goal is not a flattering number designed to win a listing. It is a defensible price supported by the market.

Local roots and a career built through the North Alabama market.
I was born and raised in North Alabama and graduated from West Limestone High School in 1999 while completing cosmetology training through Limestone County Vocational School.
After earning my real estate license in November 2010, I began building a business centered on local market knowledge, direct client communication, and long-term relationships.
In January 2014, Sonya Inman and I opened Dream Key Real Estate in Athens. The brokerage has since grown to more than 30 agents while remaining locally owned and closely connected to the communities it serves.
I continue to actively represent clients while leading the brokerage and working in new construction, relocation, property marketing, negotiation, and pricing strategy.
